Meditation offers significant value beyond achieving mental clarity and calming the inner chatter; it enhances presence through increased oxygen flow and the absence of external noise. This heightened state allows for profound introspection and depth that might otherwise be unattainable.

In this meditative state, individuals can become observers of their inner mental processes, gaining access to interoceptive awareness that is typically inaccessible. This ability enables a fluid shift of attention to various internal processes, fostering a deeper self-understanding.
